Motivation To Get Moving

Kirsty Ede joined us for our monthly meeting on wednesday..

A good attendance for the meeting with 54 members and 3 visitors.

Everyone listened intently to Kirsty’s talk about nutrition, exercise and well being.

Kirsty gave tips on increasing our water intake regularly during the day, increasing fibre in our diet and doing exercises even when mobility may be a problem.


Everyone joined in with the exercises where they were able to and found it a very informative evening.
